Pressure Washing

Pressure Cleaning, also known as power washing, is a great method for cleaning because it is very effective and cost efficient. However, there are many precautions that must be taken before you go out and fire up a powerful machine and start blasting away. That's why you should leave it to the professionals at Spruce.

Our pressure washing procedure varies depending upon the surface that needs cleaning. We take the proper safety precautions for the safety of you and your home or business. Spruce offers low and high pressure cleaning for all types of surfaces. In an effort to meeting all of our customers’ needs, we offer the following pressure washing services:

  • House Washing
  • Concrete, Brick, Stone, and Pool Deck Cleaning
  • Deck and Fence Cleaning

House Washing

Spruce uses a low pressure chemical wash to wash your house, preserving the integrity of your siding. House washing eliminates mold and mildew, extending the life of the exterior paint. For residential customers, we recommend a house washing service to prevent the slow and gradual build-up of dirt, mold, cobwebs, and other unwanted materials on your home.

Our house wash is recommended for:

  • Vinyl Siding
  • Aluminum Siding
  • Fiber Cement/Hardie-Board Siding
  • Wood Siding
  • Block/Brick/Mortar
  • Stucco

Deck & Fence Cleaning

One of the most beneficial things you can do to protect your biggest investment is to pressure wash your deck or fence. Wood and water are a nasty combination that produces mold very quickly (which often becomes a slipping hazard). Our pressure washing procedure is done the professional way, with low pressure and proper chemicals. We don't use bleach or oxalic acids in our cleaning compounds because they are dangerous to the surrounding landscape and they can cause a breakdown of the wood fibers in your deck or fence (leading to a premature replacement). After the cleaning of the deck or fence, let Spruce stain and/or seal it to maximize its life and appearance.

Concrete, Brick, & Stone Cleaning

Proper preparation is key to cleaning surfaces such as concrete driveways and sidewalks, stone, and pool decks. At Spruce, we begin by edging any weeds or grass protruding onto the areas to be power washed. We follow with an industry exclusive application of detergents. We then proceed to pressure wash with either our state-of-the-art surface cleaner for flat surfaces or our high-powered pressure washing unit to remove surface contamination. In some cases, hot water is used to help in the removal of difficult oil stains. Our cleaning process restores concrete, brick, stone, and pool decks to like-new appearance.
